This happens when the font & size in your accounting program has changed from the default value. Please only use the fonts ARIAL or TIMES NEW ROMAN with a Size of 10.
QUICKEN:
- In Quicken, select menu File>Printer Setup>For Printing Checks.
- In "Check Printer Setup" dialog, click "Font" button.
- Ensure the Font name is a Windows standard font like Arial or Times New Roman, the font style is Regular and the font size is 10.
- Click "OK".
QUICKBOOKS:
- In QuickBooks "Print Checks" dialog, select "Font" tab.
- Click "Font" button.
- Ensure the Font name is a Windows standard font like Arial or Times New Roman, the font style is Regular and the font size is 10.
- Click "OK".
MICROSOFT MONEY:
- In MS Money "Print Checks" dialog, click "Options" button.
- In "Options" dialog, click "Font" button.
- Ensure the Font name is a Windows standard font like Arial or Times New Roman, the font style is Regular and the font size is 10.
