In order to resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
Windows XP
- Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop or click on the Start button and then My Computer.
- Double-click on the C:\ drive (your local hard drive).
- Double-click on the folder labeled Program Files.
- Double-click on the folder labeled Common Files.
- Double-click on the folder labeled MySoftware.
- With your right mouse button, right-click on the "Regdll.dll" or "MYSWRegDll.dll" file.
- Select the Delete option from the pop-up menu.
- When prompted, confirm the deletion.
- Open the program again.
Windows Vista:
- Double-click on the Computer icon on your desktop or click on the Start button and then Computer.
- Double-click on the C:\ drive (your local hard drive).
- Double-click on the folder labeled Program Files.
- Double-click on the folder labeled Common Files.
- Double-click on the folder labeled MySoftware.

- Open the program again.
