If you want to print your records in a simple, "Rows and Columns" format, you can choose to print the Data Table. When you print your records the Data Table, you can toggle the appearance of the grid lines as well as customize other features for the appearance of the printed pages.
To toggle whether the grid lines of the Data Table view appear or not, click on the Data Table Tab, then choose the Format menu and select Change Data Table Options.
On the new window that appears, highlight the Fields tab and then select (or un-select) the option toggle for Show Grid Lines. When this option is enabled, your grid lines will print along with your data; when off, they will not.
The other tabs on this dialog window also will allow you to customize other aspects of what information and formatting will appear on your Data Table printouts. Select any other options you wish to enable and then click OK to enact those changes.
