1. Uninstall the program. To uninstall the program go to "Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove" programs.
  2. After uninstalling the program, go to: C:\Program Files\MySoftware
  3. Right click on the MyInvoices folder and left click on Copy.
  4. Minimize all of your windows. Now go to the My Documents folder and inside the My Documents folder, go to Edit | Paste. This will paste the MyInvoices folder into the My Documents folder.
  5. Now, maximize the MySoftware folder again. Delete the MyInvoices folder.
  6. Reinstall the program MyDeluxeInvoices and Estimates.
  7. Restart your computer.
  8. Go to the My Documents folder.
  9. Go inside the MyInvoices folder.
  10. Inside the MyInvoices folder, you will see a folder entitled DATA.
  11. Go into the Data folder and copy the contents of the entire Data folder.
  12. To do so, press the CTRL+A keys and after all the files are selected, press the CTRL+C to copy them all.
  13. Now, go to C:\Program Files\MySoftware\MyInvoices\Data
  14. Inside the Data folder, go to Edit | Paste. This will paste your files back into the default location.

Now you should be able to open up your files.
