We have found out that this randomly happens due to an interruption in saving the data in MyInvoices and Estimates Deluxe version 10. We recommend that you do the following steps:
- Go to the Task Manager.
- On the Applications tab, click on MyInvoices and Estimates.
- Click on End Task.
- Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.
- Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.
If that fails to resolve the issue, you should also try the following:
- Close MyInvoices and Estimates.
- Restart your computer.
- Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.
- Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.
