There is no patch available for Bookkeeper 2004 (3.x versions) for printing W-2, 1099 or 940 forms for the year 2006.
In order to print the W-2 and other forms for 2006, you need to upgrade to Bookkeeper 2007 or later.
When I attempt to print W-2,1099, or other tax forms I receive the error message "The tax form for the selected year is unavailable!" Is there a patch? (KB010031)
