We have found out that this randomly happens due to an interruption in saving the data in MyInvoices and Estimates Deluxe version 10. We recommend that you do the following steps:

  1. Go to the Task Manager.
  2. On the Applications tab, click on MyInvoices and Estimates.
  3. Click on End Task.
  4. Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.
  5. Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.

If that fails to resolve the issue, you should also try the following:

  1. Close MyInvoices and Estimates.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.
  4. Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.
