1. Click on the Sort By drop-down list at the top of the Document List on the Main Screen and choose Miscellaneous Letters.
  2. Select a letter of interest from the list.
  3. Click the Open button at the bottom of the Document Information window on the right, or simply double click the name of the letter in the Document List.
  4. The letter will open in the Interview and you can begin to complete and customize the letter. 

To make changes to the information you've entered into a Miscellaneous Letter:

  1. Click on the text you want to change and type in your new information.
  2. Click the Print button or choose Print from the File menu when you're ready to print the letter.
