Customers who have installed or reinstalled older MySoftware or ProVenture programs may be asked to register or unlock the software upon opening the program. The code to unlock the software is 23077. Depending on your software, the code requested of you may be referred to as an unlock code, a customer number, or a registration number. Regardless of what it is called, it is always the same code, and that code once again is 23077. Some users must click a button when opening the program to unlock the software, such as "Register by Phone" or "Already Registered." After clicking the button, if prompted for a code, please enter 23077.
