When first using Bookkeeper, if the Accounts Receivable and Invoices screens are not highlighted/selectable or they appear "grayed out", you must first create a customer in the Customer screen before they can be accessed.


To create a customer:

    1. Click on to the Customer screen.
    2. Click the Add button.
    3. Enter in the customer information in the fields.
    4. Click OK.


    After creating a customer the Accounts Receivable and Invoices screens will be available.
