In order to resolve this issue, please try the following steps:


Windows XP

    1. Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop or click on the Start button and then My Computer.
    2. Double-click on the C:\ drive (your local hard drive).
    3. Double-click on the folder labeled Program Files.
    4. Double-click on the folder labeled Common Files.
    5. Double-click on the folder labeled MySoftware.
    6. With your right mouse button, right-click on the "Regdll.dll" or "MYSWRegDll.dll" file.
    7. Select the Delete option from the pop-up menu.
    8. When prompted, confirm the deletion.
    9. Open the program again.


    Windows Vista:
